Examples: China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.
Americas
Most of South America currently does not use DST nationwide. Examples include Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Panama and most Caribbean nations also stay on standard time year-round.

Japan, China, India, and South Korea are large economies that run without seasonal clock changes.

Belarus, Russia, Turkey, and Argentina are notable countries that stopped recurring DST use.
